Project Description

Morgan Consulting Engineers provided high-quality civil engineering services to support the development of a 19,500 m² multi-tenancy retail hub on Government Road, Richlands. Featuring a service station, food and drink outlets and retail spaces, our scope included stormwater management, bulk earthworks, and civil design solutions to deliver a compliant, efficient, and high-quality development.

We partnered with Pod Developments & Aurora Pacific Pty Ltd for this project.
