Project Description

We provided structural and civil engineering services for MOCO Cold Storage Facility in Wacol, including building and site design, construction inspections, and certification. The facility features a portal frame, tilt-up panels, and suspended slabs, supported by stormwater, earthworks, and services design for a compliant, high-performance industrial outcome.

We have partnered with Bootooloo Property, Sparc Architect & McNab Construction.

  • Structural - Form 15 and Form 12 certification for the project
  • Civil - Site Based Stormwater Management Plan
  • Civil - Concept Designs for earthworks, stormwater and services
  • Civil - Design and documentation for Council approval including bulk earthworks, erosion and sediment control, external hardstand, stormwater drainage, signage and linemarking, sewer and water connections
  • Civil - Certification of ‘As Constructed’ plans in accordance with Development Application conditions
