For this proposed residence in Sandy Camp, built by GJ Gardner Toowoomba, we provided construction inspections, engineering review, and Form 12 certification for a biax waffle raft slab system. The 400m² slab was completed in a single continuous pour, supporting a high-quality outcome set against the stunning views of the Darling Downs.
