Morgan’s delivered the design and construction supervision for a 56-unit industrial and commercial mixed-use development, including three levels of on-grade parking, eight tilt-panel buildings, large retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure, and external roadworks. The project presented challenges due to sloping topography and constrained access, delivered in collaboration with Prekaro, BULL Civil, and Thomson Adsett Architects.
