Project Description

We have provided structural and civil engineering services for this 12-storey multi-unit development, including building and site design, inspections, and certification. The project incorporated retention piles with capping beams, shotcrete walls, and RC suspended slabs to deliver a robust and compliant high-rise structure.

We partnered with Tonic Architect, Skyline Builders & Bootooloo Property.

  • Structural - Design and documentation of the building structure
  • Structural - Quality control inspections of construction
  • Structural - Form 15 and Form 12 certification for the project
  • Civil - Detailed design and documentation including bulk earthworks, erosion and sediment control, stormwater drainage, signage and linemarking, sewer and water connection.
  • Civil - Quality control inspections of construction
  • Civil- Certification of ‘As Constructed’ plans in accordance with Development Application conditions
