An upgraded water and sewer connection was designed to service this multi-unit development. All design and construction supervision was completed in accordance with the SEQ Water and Sewer Guidelines under the Minor Works Endorsed Consultants scheme with Queensland Urban Utilities.
The basement retaining walls were constructed using a Dincel wall system for efficient construction and effective water proofing. The basement excavation was completed using temporary retention piles to protect the neighbouring properties and allow excavation. Efficient use of high strength concrete core filling allowed the lower levels to be constructed with blockwork reducing the overall construction cost.
