 Construction
is due to commence on the first two buildings in this luxury
marina and resort style development with designer apartments
and a world class hotel. Preserving the environmentally fragile
marine park surrounding the site, provided our team with a test
of their design and planning skills.
The site, originally know as Muddy Bay, presented considerable
challenges for the design team. By working with the marina engineer
and geotechnical engineer to deal with extremely compressible
marine clays, a cost effective total project solution was achieved.
This project also boasts one of the largest swimming pools positioned
on a suspended slab, with the pool being located over the basement
carpark on the podium level.
