Engineering Projects - One Bright Point [back to projects]

The island location of this project provided our engineering team with the challenge of designing foundations for buildings that were located on a base of both fill and massive boulders. Working with the team at Lend Lease, our scope also included the engineering for a swimming pool to be built over the revetment walls.
1 Bright Point is located next to Magnetic Island’s brand new harbour and state of the art ferry terminal.
